Position Summary:

 

The Maintenance Systems Analyst is a key member of the maintenance organization. This role is responsible for the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of fixes and enhancements to our maintenance systems. On a regular basis this associate will monitor the ServiceNet jobs in order to identify when new jobs need to be created, validate and ensure Story acceptance/testing criteria are accurate and reasonable, and ensure the full functionality of the new features, enhancements and fixes.

 

Major Responsibilities:

 

• Understand and test/validate changes and enhancements to our repair system (ServiceNet).

 

• Learn and understand basics of other system that integrate with ServiceNet

 

• Guide developers and QA Testers on the requirements of changes / enhancements.

 

• Communicate new features and changes to the field as they are deployed.

 

• Document and follow a consistent job creation process.

 

• Review unfound jobs periodically to identify the need for additional jobs or the rewording and realignment of existing jobs. Also remove jobs that are no longer applicable from the system.

 

• Design and develop a methodology for system training and communication of system enhancements.

 

• Other projects as assigned by the supervisor.

 

*Qualifications: *

 

• Understanding of Maintenance policy and procedures especially focusing on Repairs

 

• Strong computer skills including Excel, Access, SQL

 

• Field experience a plus

 

• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance / terminology preferred.

 

• College degree preferred.

 

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

 

• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
