Provides centralized leadership for field superintendents and labor teams, establishing accountability and structured hiring/training processes.
Standardizes procedures, develops performance metrics, and identifies operational improvements.
Manages risk, ensures contractual compliance, and collaborates on budgets and cost control.
Builds talent development programs, addresses personnel issues, and promotes internal leadership growth.
Represents operations in leadership meetings, supports client relationships, and drives continuous improvement.
Requirements: Proven leadership in multifamily construction, strong operational and financial skills, excellent communication, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
