Pay: $36–$40/hr

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7 am – 5 pm

Service Area: Champaign County

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS OUR FIELD INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR:

• Installing HVAC systems with precision and pride
• Billing out completed jobs
• Communicating clearly and kindly with customers
• Training and supporting newer technicians so they can grow

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma
• EPA certification (preferred but not required)
• A natural ability to lead, teach, and elevate a team
