We are looking for reliable independent contractors to complete residential property inspections in your local area.
This is drive-based field work involving exterior and interior inspections for mortgage companies and property managers.
Most inspections take 10–20 minutes to complete once on site.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Complete property inspections (exterior, occupancy checks, interior when applicable)
- Take clear photos and submit reports through our mobile system
- Follow all client instructions, including access attempts when required
- Keep orders updated with accurate ECDs (Estimated Completion Dates)
PAY:
- Typically $6 to $10 per inspection (higher for grouped or special assignments)
- Route-based work available (multiple inspections in one area)
- Paid via direct deposit (1099 independent contractor)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Good communication and responsiveness
