The Field Functionality Supervisor is directly responsible for driving field deployment fulfillment consistency and efficiency as well as the quality of work completed by Field Functionality Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of assigned projects including, scheduling, functionality task, expense management and safety.
  • Manages 10-15 direct reports including interviewing, hiring, corrective action, and performance development.
  • Conducts regular reviews with Functionality Technicians to develop talent and close performance gaps.
  • Conducts performance appraisals and makes pay recommendations.
  • Ensures safety procedures are communicated proactively and followed by Functionality Technicians.
  • Actively supports Functionality Technicians in individual and group environments through developmental training, onboarding, and increased proficiency.
  • Ensures Functionality Technicians are following all safety guidelines.
  • Communicates and executes the Best Buy and Field Deployment strategies.
  • Provides teachable point of view for new processes, procedures, business segments, and areas of focus.
