About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Field Frac Supervisor (Wellhead) located in Midland, Texas. This role directs all activities for technical field service programs including product installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, customization of fracking equipment such as frac stacks and zipper manifolds.

This position is eligible for extra shift premium for work done on weekends or working additional shifts. On Call Periods will be required.

Additional Information:

  • Schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off on rotation (weekends are included)
  • This role is located in Midland, Texas
  • This role does not offer relocation

What You Will Do:

  • Creates and manages field service infrastructure; establishes and maintains the training readiness of the organization.
  • Directs, motivates and develops the team. Supports the culture and values of the organization. Facilitates smooth workflow; ensures high standards and quality of technical work.
  • Drives the development of work plans, schedules and evaluation criteria for field service activities, projects and personnel.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate a company owned vehicle.
  • Have a clean driving record, which generally means:
  • No more than (2) moving violations within the last 12 months.
  • No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years.

Top Candidates Will Have:

  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic fracking operations, including expertise in stack and zipper procedures, as well as comprehensive experience in overall fracking field operations.
  • Experience managing a team of employees in a field-based role including managing time sheets, scheduling employees and job workload.
  • Knowledge of EHS performance and DOT regulations.

  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Summary Pay Range:

$89,210.00 - $133,810.00
