Supports project managers in construction observation, reporting, and documentation to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
Performs site data collection, basic field engineering, and research on site conditions, drawings, and standards.
Serves as a liaison among project teams, contractors, and vendors, assisting with contract compliance, risk assessment, and change orders.
Prepares technical reports, tracks materials, and supports project documentation.
Assists with safety analyses and adheres to ethical and professional standards.
Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 1-3 years experience, FE exam completion, and knowledge of construction practices and codes.
Must have strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to work independently or in teams.
Physical demands include walking, lifting up to 50-75 lbs, and working on uneven terrain.
Travel may be required.
