Field Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Perform Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests for IT infrastructure.
Provide onsite technical support during scheduled field visits and dispatches.
Diagnose hardware, software, and technical issues, and implement effective solutions.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop systems, peripherals, and related IT equipment.
Produce accurate and timely service reports documenting completed work.
Document troubleshooting processes, resolutions, and technical procedures.
Collect and analyze system performance data to support issue resolution.
Coordinate work activities to meet scheduled service commitments.
Develop workaround procedures when standard processes do not resolve issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to field engineers, technicians, and end users.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering exceptional support.
Follow all safety procedures, including the ability to work on ladders when required.
Required Qualifications:
Experience providing desktop or field technical support in an enterprise environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience documenting incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple service requests.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to lift equipment and safely use a ladder when required.
