Job Summary:
Responsible for providing operational IT support and handling Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service, and the ability to resolve hardware and software issues while maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational IT support for office, reservation center, and airport environments.
  • Perform Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests for IT equipment and infrastructure.
  • Deliver excellent customer service during field visits and dispatched support calls.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, and technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Document processes, technical solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance and improve service quality.
  • Manage workflow effectively to meet scheduled tasks and service level expectations.
  • Create workaround procedures when standard troubleshooting methods are unsuccessful.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software installation, configuration, and setup issues for users and field technicians.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Assist with IT asset management, including tracking, deployment, and inventory updates.
  • Safely use ladders when required to install or support equipment.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of experience in IT field support or desktop support.
  • Hands-on experience with Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with IT asset management and inventory processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and task management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Ability to lift equipment and safely use a ladder when required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
  • Familiarity with service management and ticketing systems.
  • Experience supporting office, reservation center, or airport environments is a plus.
