This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work in the field and is comfortable working at heights. The position focuses on supporting the performance, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of large‑scale ship‑to‑shore crane systems across global port operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ship‑to‑shore crane systemsCommission AC/DC drive systems, medium voltage VFDs, and PLC‑based controlsPerform system tuning, diagnostics, and performance optimizationTroubleshoot complex electrical and control system issues in the fieldSupport system testing, customer acceptance, and warranty resolution activitiesTrain customers on system operation and maintenance best practicesProvide detailed field reports and collaborate with internal engineering teamsTravel domestically and internationally (75%+), often with short noticePerform work at heights, including up to approximately 175 feetQualificationsExperience working with large AC/DC motors, medium voltage VFDs, and PLC programmingHands‑on field service or commissioning experience in industrial environmentsStrong troubleshooting skills within electrical, automation, and control systemsAbility and willingness to travel extensively and work at heightsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar) OR equivalent hands‑on experienceQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
