Purpose: This individual is responsible for driving effectiveness and performance of the field team by delivering strategic training, resources and tools. This role is accountable for driving consistent execution of our US field team playbook and combines strong leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills to support the field organization in achieving its objectives.
You will be responsible for:
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for field teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and product strategies. • Effectively collaborate with Marketing to create and disseminate marketing content and messaging to field members, ensuring they have the necessary information and tools to successfully represent all products and therapies. • Regularly travel to field locations to empower, support, and inspect field teams, fostering strong relationships and alignment with corporate goals and initiatives. • Serve as a liaison between the field team and corporate support structure, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among teams. • Participate in Zone, Area, Region, and RCM calls, providing updates on marketing initiatives and field activities. • Develop templates and materials to improve field execution and promote consistent messaging and drive implementation of resource tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and educate on utilization of new field resources. • Collaborate with training to ensure all new US field hires are trained consistently on our playbook, clinical messaging and tools. • Gain in-depth knowledge and expertise on data delivery and consensus building, continuously updating skills based on field needs and developments.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree: Masters degree preferred; Equivalent significant experience in field clinical enablement or field sales. • A minimum of 6 years of work experience with 3-5 years of experience in a sales or field clinical support position, specifically within the cardiology or cardiac surgery medical device industry, with exposure to the cardiac catheterization lab, cardiovascular operating room, or cardiac intensive care units. JnJ Medtech experience preferred • Proven experience with successful cross-functional collaboration driving successful field marketing initiatives that support business objectives and enhance customer relationships. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire field teams, customers, and partners. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines. • Enhanced analytics skills to assess field team performance, training opportunities, and strategies for business growth. • Embody JnJs credo Abiomeds Patients First culture, demonstrating a positive attitude, open communication, and collaboration. • Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.
