Field Director for Millwork Installation

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in millwork or architectural woodworking installation, with at least 2 + years in leadership role
• Proven ability to manage and lead field teams in complex construction environment
• Must be fluent in English & have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of millwork fabrication, shop drawings, and field installation practices
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Must be able to read & interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specs
• Own dependable transportation and valid driver's license to travel to job sites
• Pass drug testing
• Must live in South Florida in tri-county (Miami-dade, Broward, or Palm Beach)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for millwork installation projects, ensuring work is being completed on schedule
• Manage and coordinate installation team
• Conduct site inspections to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications
• Proficiency in reading and applying architectural/interior design/drawings and blueprints
• Collaborate with project managers, GC representatives, and team in office to provide updates and maintain clear communication
• Assist in developing installation schedules, logistics planning, & manpower allocation
