We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to direct field installations of industrial equipment and paint booths across commercial and manufacturing facilities nationwide.
This is a hands-on field leadership role with direct impact on project quality, crew performance, and client satisfaction. You will lead a skilled installation team across diverse job sites throughout the country, working closely with company leadership on projects that require precision, accountability, and a strong safety mindset. Responsibilities
- Direct field crews through the complete assembly and installation of paint booths and roll-up doors safely and to specification
- Coordinate all on-site logistics for project assignments lasting up to 21 consecutive days, ensuring strict adherence to timelines
- Supervise the daily execution of mechanical and electrical tasks across fast-paced industrial and manufacturing environments
- Communicate project progress, technical challenges, and site updates directly to leadership to maintain installation standards
- Mentor and develop junior technicians through apprenticeship and on-the-job training programs
- Execute complex equipment setups with precision, ensuring every installation meets client-specific requirements and quality expectations
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years required
- Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the time, including flying to job sites nationwide
- Ability to work extended shifts and remain on-site for up to 21 consecutive days
- Strong reliability, professionalism, and a safety-first mindset in both independent and team settings
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a crew leader or field leadership capacity preferred
- Hands-on experience with paint booth installations or roll-up door setups preferred
- Advanced electrical knowledge or prior technical training in industrial equipment preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
