About the Role
This role is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing customer relationships within an assigned territory or set of accounts. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build a strong pipeline of opportunities, and partner closely with internal teams to deliver value‑driven solutions to customers. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets through consultative selling and long‑term relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow business within assigned accounts or territory
  • Identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities through the full sales cycle to close
  • Maintain an accurate and healthy pipeline with timely follow‑up on all leads
  • Provide accurate forecasts and share customer, competitive, and market insights with leadership and account teams
  • Build and maintain effective long‑term relationships with senior decision makers and influencers
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams on marketing plans and programs to maximize results
  • Own the territory or account strategy while working within the overall sales plan

Requirements

  • Proven experience generating new business sales in a business‑to‑business environment
  • Strong prospecting, selling, negotiating, and closing skills with a results‑focused mindset
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, including presenting to executive‑level audiences
  • Experience using strategic selling techniques and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Ability to partner and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and business growth

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,600 - $109,200. Total Target Cash Range: $100,900 - $168,200. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
