Significant experience in fire service apparatus, fire equipment, and related field inspection and testing programs, with strong knowledge of industry standards, inspection practices, and field operations to effectively lead technical teams and engage clients.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related technical discipline, with ~10 years of directly relevant experience.
Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional and/or global projects across multiple functions or regions.
Leads people and operations effectively, including setting performance expectations, managing employee relations, developing talent, and aligning staffing with business needs.
Applies strong business and strategic thinking, understanding how decisions impact results while building diverse, high-performing teams and supporting operational planning.
Demonstrates customer focus and execution strength, with solid project management skills and overall business acumen.
Exceptional communicator with the ability to quickly learn, teach others, and translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling insights.
Advanced analytical capability with proven ability to interpret complex data and financial reports, make risk-informed decisions, and proactively plan for contingencies.
