- Competitive base of $65,000

How you’ll grow the market
- Conduct 50+ daily outbound calls to generate net-new opportunities
- Prospect, qualify, and win new client accounts
- Cover the Nashville territory (1–1.5 hour radius) efficiently
- Lead face-to-face meetings with decision-makers
- Expand revenue within existing customers and new departments
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and KPIs
- Collaborate with recruiting to fulfill client demand
What you’ll need
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Documented success in prospecting and closing new business
- History managing a $1M+ business portfolio
- End-to-end full cycle sales and territory ownership
- Background in staffing, industrial, construction, or manufacturing is a plus
- Comfort with a high-activity, KPI-driven environment
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and communication
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
