We are actively seeking Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) Technicians to join our expanding team in Massillon, Ohio. If you’re experienced with fiber drop installation and fusion splicing, or eager to learn with the right work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Job Details:
Install fiber drops from the terminal to the customer’s home
Perform fusion splicing on-site
Ensure clean, quality installations that meet our standards
Complete accurate testing and documentation
What We Offer:
Top pay with potential to earn $650/day
Most techs average $320–$450/day
Field training provided for the right candidates

Requirements:
Valid driver's license is required
Must be able to pass a background check
