• 5-year experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred—but a big heart matters most.

• Driver's license, no car needed.
  
  
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to earn it soon).
  
  
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
  
  
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
  
  
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
