We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate FEMALE CAREGIVER to assist a lovely YOUNG FEMALE PATIENT (25 years of age) who resides in Westlake Village. Patient is ambulatory with shadowing and VERY independent.
You must be able to commit to FOUR DAYS A WEEK - the particular days are up to you. The hours are in stone.
SHIFT:
FOUR (4) DAYS PER WEEK - CAREGIVER'S CHOICE
11:00AM - 5:00PM
DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
*Companionship
*Shadowing patient when necessary
*Possible driving patient around (appointments, shopping, out for air, etc.)

MUST HAVES:
*At least one (1) year of caregiving experience
*Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance in your name (mainly in case of emergency)
*Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
*Current TB Test Results
*COVID Vaccination Card
*Second Form of ID compliant with I-9 (Social Security Card, US Passport, Valid Green Card, etc.)
