    Description

    Boyer Children's Clinic is currently seeking a Feeding Therapist, with experience supporting infants and young children with feeding challenges, to join our team. You will work with children and families using a family-centered, interdisciplinary approach, providing feeding assessment and intervention (as appropriate to discipline) addressing functional eating, oral-motor skills, sensory-based feeding challenges, positioning, and caregiver routines.

    This role is open to Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists or Physical Therapists with specialized experience in pediatric feeding.

    Essential Duties of all Therapists include:

    • Provide evaluative, direct, and consultative therapy services to children and families in homes, community settings, and/or via telehealth, in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
    • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child's needs and family priorities.
    • Collaborate with caregivers through coaching, education, and shared goal planning.
    • Coordinate care with other therapists, educators, medical providers, and community agencies as part of an interdisciplinary team.
    • Complete timely, accurate documentation and electronic medical records, including required assessments, progress notes, and IFSP/IEP materials.
    • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development to support high-quality services and best practices.

    Note: The job title and overall job duties upon hire will be based on the candidate's specific discipline- i.e. Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist.
