Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Manufacturing and Production Associate to join our team at our location in Fremont, NE. In this position, you will support the production operations by packaging manufactured products, operating feed mixing equipment, and maintaining the workspace. The ideal candidate is a team player with feed mill operations experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with Production team to work on the bagging line
- Contribute to feed mixing operations
- Inspect goods for any damages, defects, or errors
- General maintenance and upkeep of the facility
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED is preferred
- Previous experience working in a feed mill setting is preferred
- Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
