## Job Summary
Basic Function
The purpose of the Federal Work-Study Program is to give a student an opportunity to develop skills, gain on-the-job experience for future employment, and give the student flexibility to work around class schedules.
## Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Bay College student in the work study program to be considered for this position.
- Eligibility for work-study is determined after you file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Work-study requires that you are degree seeking and enrolled in a minimum of one credit that applies towards the semester you are employed.
- You must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress.

## Job Duties
- Assisting testers with questions and/or problems.
- Examine testers identification and class rosters to accurately check testers in to the Testing Center.
- Distributes test materials and monitors the conduct of testers.
- Assist in the enforcement of test security before, during, and after testing.
- Provides general administrative assistance to include answering phone inquiries, making copies, creating informational signs, etc.
- Maintenance of accurate and timely records as directed by the Testing Services Manager.
- Cleaning of desks, glass, computer screens, and other computer technology.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
