Job Description:
+ Provide comprehensive administrative support to the AI Passport program team.
+ Manage program logistics, including scheduling, communication, and materials preparation.
+ Assist with participant onboarding and ongoing support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
+ Maintain program records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
+ Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops, both virtually and potentially in-person.
+ Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
+ Contribute to a positive and supportive learning community.
Expected Salary:
$15/hr
Required Qualifications:
+ UF-degree seeking student eligible for or already awarded a Federal Work-Study award.
+ Proven administrative experience, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
+ Experience in an academic or healthcare setting.
+ Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
+ Experience supporting online or hybrid programs.
+ Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through student Federal Work Study (FWS) and must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average.
