Brief Job Description:
The Federal Reporting Non-Medicaid Grants Manager IV works under the supervision of the Director of Federal & State Reporting within the CFO Accounting department. This position performs highly complex (senior-level) managerial work overseeing the daily operations and activities of the Non-Medicaid grant reporting unit. This position oversees the preparation and certification of monthly, quarterly and annual federal financial analyses and reports. Researching, interpreting, and applying federal rules and regulations in compliance with federal grant reporting standards. Develops, implements and monitors internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and oversees the implementation of reporting requirements resulting from legislation. Establishing goals and objectives; developing guidelines, procedures, and policies; developing schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving established goals; coordinating and evaluating business function, division, or department activities. This position supervises the work of others, and works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
