Nesco Resource is currently recruiting for a skilled FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL) Technician to calibrate, diagnose, and repair police radar units used by law enforcement agencies throughout Pennsylvania. This is an excellent Direct Hire Opportunity for the right individual. If you enjoy hands-on electronics work, solving technical problems, and occasional travel, we'd love to hear from you.

This position has the flexibility to be Part Time (1 to 2 days per week) or Full Time for someone wanting to do repairs in-house at their facility in Williamsport, PA.

What You'll Do

• Calibrate, diagnose, and repair police radar units
• Perform preventative maintenance and quality testing
• Troubleshoot electronic equipment to component level
• Document repairs and calibration results accurately
• Travel 1 2 days per week to provide on-site service for police departments throughout Pennsylvania
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused relationship with agency personnel

• FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL)
• Strong electronics troubleshooting and repair skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass the Pennsylvania State Police CLEAN General Role background check
• Comfortable with limited statewide travel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Pay & Career Growth

• Starting pay: $20.00 $25.00 per hour, based on experience
• Performance-based pay reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days
