Job Responsibilities
Lead ground-up commercial builds through all phases from mobilization to closeout
Coordinate multiple trades on parallel schedules
Oversee self-performed site, concrete, and carpentry work
Maintain safety, quality, and production targets
Address field issues swiftly within tight project timelines
Candidate Requirements
Experience in ground-up commercial construction
Strong knowledge of site work and utilities
Experience managing self-performed labor crews
Comfortable working on 90-day to 6-month schedules
Stable work history; not a former business owner
What is Offered
Salary between $90,000 and $145,000 based on experience
Daily per diem of $50-$75, with hotel provided
Vehicle, fuel, and travel expenses covered
