The role involves setting up displays, promoting offers, participating in farm tours, and working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work environment includes outdoor conditions and various temperatures.
Schedule: Greenhouse Thursday-Monday 9 AM-5 PM; Farmstand 8 AM-6 PM, with a rate of $16.94/hour.
Requirements: 16+ years old; preferred experience in retail or customer service; physical ability to lift 50-65 lbs., stand/walk for long periods, and work in diverse weather.
