We're seeking a Farmers Marketing Coordinator to support brand visibility, community engagement, and lead generation through consistent, professional marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, relationship-oriented, and eager to grow. You will work closely with leadership and the sales team to execute campaigns, manage outreach, and strengthen our presence both online and in the community.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute marketing activities across social media, email and text campaigns, local promotions, and community visibility
  • Maintain a marketing calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and on-brand messaging
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content using established templates and guidelines
  • Assist with planning and promoting community events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and local businesses
  • Monitor inbound messages and inquiries and route leads to the appropriate team member
  • Support and maintain online presence including Google Business Profile and review management

Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear, professional written communication skills for social media and outreach
  • Confident verbal communication and relationship-building ability
  • Familiarity with social media posting, scheduling, and basic engagement practices
  • Comfort using tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and Canva-style templates
  • Ability to track activity and report simple performance metrics
