We are a relationship-focused insurance agency that blends traditional insurance sales with modern digital outreach. We invest in our producers through agency-purchased leads, access to cross sell existing book, strong support, and a performance-driven compensation structure.

This role focuses on new business production in Personal Lines and Life insurance. The producer will work agency-purchased leads, conduct outbound calling, and actively use the agencys social media platforms to generate conversations, inquiries, and sales.

This position is ideal for someone who wants control over their income and professional growth and enjoys using both sales skills and social media to contribute to the growth of the agency. This position offers a base pay + commission. Base pay is $25/hr + tiered commission for personal lines and life production!! The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm in office.

Salary Range: $86400.00 - $134400.00 per year

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to quote and sell new Personal Lines and Life insurance policies

- Contact inbound leads promptly to quote and close

- Convert inbound inquiries into new policies

-Review existing policy households for cross sell opportunities

- Submit applications and required new business documentation

- Use the agencys Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms to drive conversations and leads

- Create simple, authentic posts and short videos (no heavy editing required)

- Engage with comments and direct messages to start sales conversations

- Use social media as a tool to build trust, visibility, and inbound opportunities


Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Life insurance license required or willingness to obtain within first 60 days
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and following up consistently
  • Interest in using social media as part of the sales process
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Be a fantastic presenter.
