Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Support: Identify cross-selling opportunities and upselling additional insurance products.
- Policy Review: Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have the most up-to-date coverage.
- Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty Licensing: License preferred, willing to train. Licensing assistance available.
- Life & Health Licensing: License preferred, willing to train. Licensing assistance available.
- Bilingual: English required, bilingual in Armenian preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
- Reliably Commute: Glendale, CA or planning to relocate before starting work
