Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and agency leads
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Quote, present, and close personal and commercial insurance products
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements
  • Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, automotive, financial services, telecommunications, or similar industries)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
