Responsibilities

  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close new business through needs assessments and customized solutions.
  • Generate new business by networking, referrals, and outbound marketing with partners such as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and solutions.
  • Understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage and update client information in the agency management system.
  • Consistently achieve high sales targets and exceed performance goals.
