Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and present customized insurance quotes and coverage solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Proactively follow up on warm inbound and marketing-generated leads (no cold calling)
• Re-engage prospects and uncover sales opportunities through outbound follow-up
• Manage and grow a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
• Drive results by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and performance metrics
• Educate clients on coverage options to help them make confident financial decisions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with outbound follow-up and managing lead flow (no cold prospecting)
• Sales or client-facing experience preferred (not required)
• Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow
• Insurance experience not required licensing support and training provided
