Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients insurance requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
  • Produce, present and sell appropriate insurance policies to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
  • Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty insurance license (preferred). Willing to train.
  • Life & Health insurance (preferred) . Willing to train.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office/Excel.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
