Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking, referrals, marketing efforts, and outbound prospecting.


Present and explain insurance solutions, including home, auto, business, and life coverage, tailored to client needs.


Close sales while ensuring applications, underwriting details, and documentation are completed accurately.


Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, both individually and as part of the agency team.


Serve as a trusted advisor by providing knowledgeable guidance and coverage recommendations.


Maintain compliance with company standards, carrier guidelines, and state and federal insurance regulations.


Complete ongoing training, licensing requirements, and continuing education to support professional growth.


Requirements
  • Valid state insurance license (Property & Casualty and Life & Health) within agreed timeline.
  • Proven track record of success in Sales, insurance sales, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
