Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
  • Assess clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals
  • Close sales and meet or exceed production goals
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and policy reviews
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with account managers and service staff to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and agency management systems

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Life & Health insurance license (required or willingness to obtain)
  • Proven sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
