Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming leads and oversee the sales process from initial contact to policy issuance.
- Maintain detailed and timely records of all client communications and activities.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and expand coverage with existing clients.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes, documentation, and payment timelines.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License (Required).
- Prior insurance sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Ability to work independently while following established processes.
