The Jayvon Wilkerson Farmers Insurance Agency is growing, and were looking for motivated, licensed professionals who want more than just another sales job.


As a full-service, multi-line agency, we help clients with Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, Umbrella, and Specialty Insurance solutions, while also developing future insurance professionals through mentorship, hands-on training, and real career growth opportunities.


This is a full-time, paid W-2 position through the Farmers Insurance Proteg Program. Youll work directly within an established agency, gaining real-world sales experience, leadership development, and ongoing coaching from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently hit and exceed new business production goals.
  • Create customized insurance quotes, deliver clear and confident sales presentations, and close new business.
  • Engage with customers primarily over the phone to understand their needs and recommend the right coverage solutions.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment by actively participating in team meetings and collaboration sessions.

Requirements
  • Active General Lines Property & Casualty license required.
  • General Lines Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and highly coachable with a growth mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and drive to succeed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and following through consistently.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
