Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Follow through on leads, maintain pipeline, and exceed sales goals
- Prospect new business via telephone, networking, referrals, and external sources
- Prepare quotes, present to prospects, and close new policies
- Cultivate relationships with realtors, mortgage lenders, and community partners
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and compliance
Requirements
Our preferred candidates:
- Licensed in P&C & Life & Health, or willing to obtain both within 30 days
- Strong sales skills proven ability to prospect and close
- Excellent communicator via phone, email, and in-person
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, coachable
- Ability to work in both office and field settings
- Will participate in sales trainings and other revenue-driven tasks
