This position focuses on developing strong client connections, driving new business, and helping customers choose insurance solutions that align their unique needs. Youll receive hands-on coaching and support from a mentor agent, along with structured training designed to help you build a successful insurance career!
Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Utilize networking, referrals, and outreach to develop new business
- Maintain relationships with clients
- Meet sales goals and performance targets
- Keep accurate record of sales activities and client interactions
- Assist clients in assessing their individual needs to provide the best insurance options for them
- Become familiar with insurance products offered (home, auto, life, & commercial)
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Computer and organizational skills
- Insurance License required (guidance and assistance to help you get licensed right away!)
