Entry-Level candidates typically start at a $30,000 base salary plus commission while experienced candidates typically start at a $40,000 base salary plus commission.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage in sales activities to promote products and services.
• Sell Farmers Insurance products and achieve monthly sales goals.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct telemarketing efforts to reach potential customers.

Previous experience in sales and customer service or related fields is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Familiarity with insurance sales is advantageous.
• Proven analysis skills to assess customer needs and market opportunities.
• Experience in retail sales or telemarketing is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
