Compensation:

Compensation includes base pay options, commissions, bonuses, and performance-based incentives. Income potential grows as your client base expands. First year on-target earnings (OTE) of $45,000 - $65,000, however this is an opportunity with uncapped income potential. It is totally up to YOU!

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A self-starter who's organized and driven to succeed
  • Provide personalized insurance solutions to meet client needs
  • Comfortable learning new technology and systems
  • Licensed in insurance (P&C or Life & Health) or willing to get licensed we'll help!

Requirements

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Must have an active Property & Casualty and Life, Health & Annuities license OR willing to get with training materials provided at no cost.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation to learn and grow in a results-driven environment
  • Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
  • A desire to pursue a career with uncapped income and unlimited opportunities for personal and professional growth while making an impact in your community
