Were currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer who is motivated, coachable, and confident in their ability to build relationships and close business. In this role, youll work in a fast-paced environment where success comes from consistent effort, strong communication, and a genuine focus on client needs.


This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their performance, is goal-oriented, and wants to grow within a high-expectation, growth-focused agency.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
  • Quote and sell Farmers Insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage and close sales
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, cross-selling, and referrals
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in the agency CRM

Requirements
  • P&C Licensed in Texas Required
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and resourceful with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
  • Positive, high-energy attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional phone presence
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, follow up consistently, and manage a high volume of leads
  • Resilient and competitive mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused on hitting goals
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and responsive, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellent service
