Agency Owner Program-You will go through extensive training. This is a six-figure sales/ownership opportunity. Salary Range: $150000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

While there many responsibilities in this role, a few key drivers for continued success are listed here:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.

• Desire to build a strong sales team and handle day-to-day operations
• Ability to pass a criminal and financial background check
• Current Missouri Property& Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses or ability to Obtain within 45 days.
