We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing insurance agency. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, focused on generating high-quality leads and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

Salary Range: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:




Make outbound calls, send emails, and use social media to connect with potential clients (leads, warm prospects, and targeted businesses)

Qualify leads by understanding their insurance needs (auto, home, renters, life, health, commercial, etc.)

  • Set high-quality appointments for our licensed insurance agents
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls, conversations, and appointments
  • Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry trends
  • Work closely with the sales team to continuously improve lead conversion





Requirements
  • Previous sales or call center experience preferred (not required we will train the right person)
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and resilience (you wont be discouraged by no)
  • Goal-oriented with a competitive drive
  • Comfortable making 100-200+ outbound calls per day
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Must be coachable and willing to follow proven sales processes
  • Insurance license is not required to start (we can help you get licensed)
