Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
  • Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Establish and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing mentorship

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, business development, or regional operations
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
