Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Establish and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing mentorship
- Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion strategies
- Monitor KPIs, forecasting, and sales analytics
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, business development, or regional operations
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel as needed
