Farmers Insurance Managing Director

Farmers Insurance is looking for an Insurance Entrepreneur Leader to join our team. The business owner is responsible for setting the goals of the office, understanding the importance of building and maintaining relationships, overseeing the budget, motivating the team, and projecting an environment of continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will provide coaching and leadership to those on the sales team. This role will motivate and guide the team towards reaching all sales goals. They will assign goals, report to District Manager on achievements, and mentor the producer team members. This person will also display tremendous leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $2,500 per month, with total earning potential up to $65,000 annually through commission and bonus opportunities.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

• Build and manage your own insurance agency, serving the needs of clients in your community.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, assess their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions to protect their assets and loved ones.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to ensure your agency remains competitive in the market.

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred but not required.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to run your own business.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or related field preferred but not required.
• Dedication to maintaining high ethical standards and putting clients' interests first.
• Willingness to invest time and resources into building a successful agency.
