Farmers Insurance - Insurance Sales Agent

The Farmers Insurance, Bud Abel's Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join thelargest Farmers Agency in the state of Wisconsin! You will be responsible for generating results by advising our future customers on their property and casualty insurance.

Your main goal will always be to put peoples best interest first in order to properly protect them. With a base salary of $2,000/month + commission and bonus opportunities, candidates are expected to make $50,000-$75,000 their first year! With the potential of top-performers making over $100,000!

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Paid Licensing Assistance

• Achieve goals and measureables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
• Ensure that the agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
• Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
• Responsible for accurate underwriting.
• Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Wisconsin Property and Casualty Insurance License
