Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our insurance products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve agency goals and maintain a supportive work environment.

Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the insurance industry.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.

Licensing: A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required

Experience: Previous experience in Insurance customer service and specifically Farmers insurance is a plus.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using computer systems and software; familiarity with insurance management systems is a plus.
