Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects by providing tailored insurance solutions
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting
Quote and sell a range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage
Support policy reviews and deliver strong customer service to retain and grow client relationships
Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations and leadership of a high-performing insurance office
Work closely with an experienced agent for ongoing training and mentorship
Build a strong production track record and professional foundation for long-term career growth
Meet program performance milestones to advance through the Protg Program and unlock future career opportunities within the Farmers network

Requirements
Ability to successfully pass a background check
Willingness to obtain an Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License
